I knew I was unlike the others around me. Their discouraging smiles, were soon to be; soon to be what caused me pain, what caused me sorrow, caused me to flee. I hate long hair. No offense to anyone with long hair, it just always bugged me. So, right before the beginning of the school year in 2015, I got a blue bob cut with the side shaved off. Then, the beginning of this school year, I got a pixie cut with a strip of hair hanging over my left eye. Then it grew out, the shaved side had grown out to be nearly half of a foot long, and the strip had reached down to the bottom of my breast when it was straightened.
